Jubilee year celebration for Malaysia.

I must say I'm proud to be a Malaysian. I'm sure there are some of you out there who think otherwise, and that Malaysia is not good enough, but I feel, Malaysia is indeed a blessed land.

What more can I say? This is where I'm born, I believe that this land is a land of destiny if we are to answer our calls. Amen?

Well, what I did for tonight was:

1. Ate Mc D for dinner
2. DOTA at home
3. Blog (doing now)
4. Pack up ( for tmr la)

Today ho, Spoke to the girl sitting beside me after what felt like a long time we had this silence between us. Don't know why, but the past few days, ... maybe weeks, we didn't talk. Then today, I just plucked up my courage and offered her some "Wrigley's Eclipse mints" hehe.. So got talk a bit lor.. Feel so weird like sit beside each other but never talk. Lolxx.. The boys school syndrome.. hahaha...

Well, don't know what to do now, maybe I should do more dotaing.. hehe.. Or sleep.. lalala...

System Error...

How much more "soi" can I be le.. My office computer got virus, then I thought that I could remove it, and things will be fine again.. So I installed a spyware remover cause the virus detected was a spyware, and after I did the removing, it prompted for a restart. So ma restart lo, after restart, Windows loaded properly, but when I login, it straight away logout. Can't even go into Windows.

Well, I learn something new today also; which is how to use the Linux operating system. And I kind of like it. It's not as user friendly as windows is but you definitely can do more things with your PC when you are running a Linux. Well, this might be a start of something new for me. Would like to find out more, and maybe test it out on my own.

I shall go find something to entertain me now while I'm still at home, else tomorrow will be reali bored. Oh ya.. my lecturer is coming over to my company for a visit. Cool eh! I hope everything will turn out well. =D

Rain!

These few days, keep raining.. Today really rain like erm... *let me think of a metaphor* like... *ok.. brain freeze ady...* cats and dogs la. And the cafe was flooded! not with water, but with people, because the whole factory, ( nearly 3000 people) no one went out coz the rain was too heavy.

The rats seem to be super active also today. Running in and out on the overhead pipes and beams. All this while I thought that rentokil has taken acre of them.. but well, they are still running around alive...

Convofair 2007

Just reached back in Penang 2 hours ago.

I spent my weekend at UTP and today, as I got into the car to come back to Penang, I didn't want to leave. Partly was because of xq, but also because I didn't get to spend much time with my friends. All I had was a few mere minutes with them, even those moments are precious.

Convofair was great except for the muddy field which, by the way is the same for every year. They tried their best to keep the field dry and "walkable" by putting sand but well, i think they should put more la! haha.. :p

Didn't fail to get the cheap Zan's pizza that is there every year too.. Uni is really fun.. If not for the exams, I think I would love to spend my life in Uni.. hehe..

Melissa, I still want your cookies ler.. Bake some more when I go back to UTP again yah!

The weekend was good, going back to uni brings me life's little joys. I'm glad I went back, even though the time seemed to fly away, and I wanted my weekend again. Seeing the people that brought so much joys in my life before I left for my internship really lifted my heart a little. Seeing Mich, Melissa, Felix, John, Vinod, and the whole gang from uni ler.. I miss you guys more than I realize. Until now, I wished that I could spend more time with you guys.

Well, today I had a really wonderful lunch time with xq at Sushi King. Never felt so happy in a long time when I ate with her. Thanks for spending your weekend with me even though you had such a packed schedule. Appreciate it lots.

Me bday is coming! Hehe.. Kind of looking forward to it.. It's my 21st birthday.. Though I might not spend it with any of my close friends... but I have my sis and Danny to celebrate with me! =D

I actually thought that I didn't want to celebrate it, but now, I kind of want to... hehe..

Before I forget, I want to congratulate (not in any particular order la.. dun terasa k.. :p) Thana, Jamie, Grace, Tomi... and the rest of the 15 people from our church who is graduating! May you have an extremely blessed life ahead of you with Christ!

Btw, sorry Mich, for not going to Bukit Merah even tho I said I'd go.. Really needed to rest.. Please arrange for another one... Hehe...

Last Weekend

I had a really wonderful weekend.

On Friday I took the Konsortium bus down to KL. It left the station late, so i expected to reach KL around 11.30. But, like always, I hoped too much, and the bus reached Pudu station at about 12.15 am. Anyways.. it was okay until I realised that my phone was out of battery and I had to call my sister. So i went around the shops near Pudu and found this small handphone shop. They charged me RM2 to plug in my phone into the socket! Wow.. and I used it for less than 3 minutes! Sometimes, I do wish that that person will lose the whole shop. haha.. :p want to charge me for just using a little bit of "his" electricity. Aih... sien..

Saturday was better I would say. Woke up at 11.20, laze around in bed till 11.30 then got up to get ready to go to the dentist. Reached the dentist at 12 something.. then went inside to finish up the root canal. The session was really good, there wasn't any pain *phew~* and alas! the treatment is complete! I don't have to go back there this coming weekend! means that i can go to convofair! haha.. I really hope that it is going to be a worth it trip this weekend.

Later that night, I met up with Elvina, Ling Hui and Seila for dinner at Central. Ate the ever wonderful fried chicken... - KFC - Hehe.. It was really great to catch up with them, and it was really so so so kind of them to lepak with me till Felix came to meet me. We went to the mamak for a drink even though we just had dinner a while ago, and throughout the trip back to their apartment, Elvina told me so much about what has been happening the last few months.

That night, went with Felix and Yeow Chong to Murni mamak.. lol... 2 mamak in 1 night? This is KL.. haha.. I was quite surprised with the kind of food and drinks that were being served at the mamak.. It's not mamak food at all! They serve Carbonara, chicken chop, fried rice, etc. I didn't see the menu so I don't know how much variety they have there. And the drinks, they have like iceblended fruit juices, and they taste good, not like syrup drink at all! Hehe..

Went to GTPJ on Sunday, and was really blessed at the service.

Thanks guys! Really appreciate the time we spent together. C you guys again this weekend!

I just reached back home!.. And I gotta go to work in 4 hours..

Ya, Thank God for a new day! Today, I've started on a new project, and I'm still preparing the proposal to be sent to my supervisor for approval.

Been reading materials the whole morning, about what the procedure is to inspect the product... Well, going to start writing a proposal and think of how I should proceed with this project.

Well, I just found out today that I will only be able to afford buying my own car when i start working. I've checked with Maybank, and they have this superb car loan for graduates... As long as you have a minimum income of Rm1500 every month. I'm only going to start getting that kind of money when I finish my degree lar. In the mean time, I'd just have to rely on other people for transport and stuff like that. Do I believe God for a car? Honestly, the answer is no.. Else I'd already have it by now right?

K lar, the car is just a secondary concern... gotta go.. time to leave d office.

THE VENDING MACHINE!

Well, this is what happened, just right after I finished eating my bun, and started drinking the always super sweet Milo ( even tho u tell the fella to make it "kurang manis" mind you.. ) Hui Lan said.. "I want the Milo in the small cup" I looked around, and saw this guy with the vending machine cup on the table opposite.

Me: Go buy la..
Hui Lan: Where to buy ah?
Me: Neh.. at the back there.. ( near the ATM machine)
Hui Lan: Need to use coin one is it?
Me: Ya..
Hui Lan: Oh... I dun have coin now.. another time la...
Me: (finishes Milo) Go la... the cashier can give you change for it.
Hui Lan: another time la..

So after putting the plates n cups at the collection counter, we walked to sign in for work at the HR's office. Before exiting the cafeteria, I stopped by the ATM. Hui Lan went to explore the machine, and seemed so facinated with it, asking me where the cups are and so on. So I decided to show her how to get her vending machine Milo. Put in the coin, and had her choose her own drink. When she took the drink out, she looked like children who have just seen a magic show for the first time in their lives. So excited, holding the cup between two hands, really made me laugh.

Well, I did someone a favor today.. taught Hui Lan (btw, one of the blurrest person we all know here) how to use the vending machine. Next time, she won't go hungry or thirsty even when the cafe is not open. :p

Back again... from lunch! hehe.. Life's great @ Agilent. I get to work, chat, and BLOG! hehe...

Ok.. I don't know what to write now.. Been on this page for hours. Hehe.. It's 3.36 now.. Today got so much things to do, but am really contended and happy with the progress. The project is being implemented well, though very much behind schedule actually. Will have to speed up the process of things.

Better go do my work ler.. Dun have anything I wanna throw into this page now.. Looking forward to Dota later. haha.. :p

1 week in KL, lazing around, and doing some house work... even felt like "housewife" at a point. lolz.. coz everday just wake up, cook something for myself, and watch tv! hahah.. Life was reali reali great, and lazing around is great! haha.. Just proves that I'm a lazy bum rite? Lalala...

1 week away from work, and I think I have a lot to catch up on. That being said, what am I doing here blogging? The guys I need to work with have already gone for lunch, so to prevent myself from doing something wrong/ redundant, I shall wait for them. Call me lazy, this is what I think is smart. Hehe.. Don't waste time doing "useless" things. Imagine not waiting for them, and make a mistake that happens in 10 seconds but take 15 hours to fix! No way I'm going to do that rite? I'm just making sure that all I do is productive work. haha.. :p

My tooth is better now... spending so much, it better be good.. MunK, dun scare me weh.. after do still not good? so far, it has been good for me lar.. no ache, so everything is fine, just that I have to go back there a few more times before everything is complete. I hope I won't have to take any more jabs ler.. Feel so tired always after it.

Yesterday while I was on the bus back to Penang, I can't help but think to myself, what am I doing in my life? What is it that I am accomplishing? What happened to the goal of attaining that which lasts forever? I feel that I have lost that goal somehow. Like I'm living for myself, living for something that I know won't last forever. Feel that it will all be a waste, but I don't know how to get things right. Is this just a psychological thing or has the Holy Spirit left me like how God lifted His Spirit from King Saul? Sounds serious rite? Yea, I think so too... Wish I can somehow just go back 10 years, right where I first met Jesus. I might have said this before, but let me say this again. Wished that there was a reset button to life, like System Restore on Windows XP. Beep... everything goes back to the computer's best working state. Hehe...

Aite... Stop here for now.. more to come after this "short" break. Hehehe...

It hurts!

This weekend seemed to be one of the most painful...

teeth.... they hurt like crazy.. =(

Didn't sleep well yesterday night.. Got up too many times throughout the night, cause it hurts so bad. Then went to the dentist today, and well, everything seems to be fine from the x-ray and the dentist said that it could be the beginning of nerve infection. *die* *sweat*

Me: So.. what is the treatment?
Dentist: Usually we do either Root Canal, or Extraction

*die* Both also got the downside.. Either pain, or lose 1 tooth. So being so vain, I said Root Canal.

Anyways, parents didn't really agree with the RM 1,000 for my tooth, had a long argument about what should i do about the pain... bla bla bla.. and it didn't end so well.. *won't go into details :p * so I'm looking for another dentist now..hopefully in Kuching and hopefully soon. Really need to get it done soon. This sucks... So painful until can't even sleep, shoulders also feel weak.. Man.. Do pray for me. =D

Empty

My days seem to be empty. Without a close company to talk to, without someone to laugh about things.. It all seems to be dead. Like a carousel that spins round and round, my days seem to repeat itself in some manner. A cycle of repetitive activities.. How I long to break this for a while, even for a day. 5 days a week, I get up early, even before the sun peeks through the horizon. After the sun has hid itself only will I reach my resting place. Nearly everyday, I wish that the clock will tick faster between 7 am to 5pm.. How I wish to have flexible working hours...

Sometimes, a call from someone I know brings such delight to me, I wish the calls were longer, I wish that there were not all about business, but a call, just to chat. I want to go home.
